Knowledge for you.
More time to teach
uKognos brings together simple apps for the everyday work of a school, such as preparing materials, building timetables or keeping track of maintenance. They're made by someone who knows how a school works from the inside, and they're for everyone who works there, from teachers to the leadership team.
The apps
Each one does one specific job. They run in the browser, on your phone too, and there's nothing to install.
-
Evolutys
Prepares and marks teaching materials with the help of AI, and shows you how each student is progressing, objective by objective.
-
HoraHoraHora
Builds the school timetable from the data you already have, and works out teaching hours, non-teaching duties and reductions on its own.
-
Maintenance
Anyone at the school can report a fault from their phone, and whoever handles maintenance marks it as fixed once it's done.
What they're like
-
They solve a real problem
Each app does one specific everyday job, such as preparing materials, building the timetable or reporting a fault.
-
They're simple
You can use them without training or technical knowledge, on your phone too.
-
They're made from the inside
They're made by someone who knows how a school runs and the regulations that apply to it.
-
They take work away, not add to it
Less time on mechanical tasks means more time for the work that matters.
Is there a task that eats up your time every week?
If you think it could be simpler, or you'd like to use one of the apps at your school, tell us about it.
