Apps

Each app does one specific job. They all run in the browser, on your phone too, and there's nothing to install.

Evolutys

Prepares and marks teaching materials with the help of AI, and shows you how each student is progressing, objective by objective.

Evolutys screen showing a class's progress, objective by objective.

The problem it solves

Preparing theory, activities and quizzes, and then marking them one by one, takes hours that don't call for your professional judgement.

Who it's for

Teachers in upper primary (years 4 to 6), secondary, upper secondary and vocational training, and schools that want to share materials among their staff.

What it does

  • Generates theory, activities and quizzes from the official curriculum. You decide what gets published.
  • Marks submissions against a rubric and explains why, criterion by criterion, not just with a grade.
  • Shows each student's progress objective by objective, so you can see what they have mastered and where they need support.
  • Students work with an assistant that guides them without giving them the answer.
  • Has a shared repository, where other teachers can reuse and improve one teacher's theory and activities.

HoraHoraHora

Builds the school timetable from the data you already have, and works out teaching hours, non-teaching duties and reductions on its own.

HoraHoraHora screen showing a class's weekly timetable.

The problem it solves

Building the timetable for a large school, with fifty teachers or more, takes the leadership team weeks. Classes, meetings and cover duties all have to fit, and everyone's hours have to add up once reductions and roles are taken into account.

Who it's for

Timetablers, heads of studies and leadership teams. No programming or optimisation knowledge needed.

What it does

  • Imports data from GestIB, Séneca, Alexia, SAGA, Delphos, SAUCE, Amic, Peñalara GHC or Untis, with more to come.
  • Applies age-related reductions, time for tutors and other roles, non-teaching duties and teachers' timetable preferences automatically.
  • Builds the timetable in two phases. First classes and meetings, then cover duties and everything else.
  • If something can't fit, it tells you and takes you to where it needs fixing.
  • Exports the final timetable to your school's management platform.

Maintenance

Anyone at the school can report a fault from their phone, and whoever handles maintenance marks it as fixed once it's done.

List of maintenance reports, pending and resolved.

The problem it solves

Faults get reported in passing, on a scrap of paper or by email, and get lost along the way. Nobody knows what's still pending or whether someone has already reported it.

Who it's for

All school staff, the maintenance team and the leadership team.

What it does

  • Every classroom has its own QR code. Scan it with your phone and the report already knows where it is.
  • You can attach a photo taken with your phone.
  • Everyone sees every report, so nobody reports the same thing twice.
  • Whoever fixes something marks it as done, and the date, time and person are recorded.
  • Filters by status and category, and exports reports to Excel.

More to come

More apps are on the way, just as small and simple. If there's a task that eats up your time and you think it could be simpler, tell us about it.
